Delivery Information

Standard Delivery

Delivery is free when you spend £100.00 or more with Paleo Nutrition Wales.

* Please note that discount codes will not be valid with this FREE SHIPPING offer. Only one discount can be used per transaction.

We charge a small postage and packaging cost of £7.99 for STANDARD orders. This cost varies and is dependant upon the total weight of your order.

We deliver to all parts of the mainland UK with a targeted 48-72 hour turnaround time. You will be contacted via email on the day of dispatch to advise of your delivery. Unfortunately, orders that are placed on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday or a Sunday will not begin processing until Monday where these orders will be shipped overnight for a Tuesday delivery. This is to ensure freshness and quality with all our products for you.

Order delivery days are subject to change and if we may delay delivery by 24-48 hours if recquired.

*If for any circumstance your order is subject to a change of delivery date we will arrange for delivery to next day or contact you to arrange a more suitable time.

Our Meat is FRESH, not Frozen..

· Exceptional quality temperature controlled packaging - The Paleo Nutrition Wales uses insulated boxes that contain an isulted sleeve to hold your produce. Within this we place Sorba Freeze cells that ensure your meat is fresh for up to 72 hours.

· Sorba Freeze ice strips - These specially designed sheets are pre-cooled before  being enveloped inside your order. This is to ensure your meat arrives chilled (not frozen). They help keep your meat as fresh as the day it was cut and they can be reused.

· Strong, Insulated Box - Paleo Nutrition Wales boxes are execptionally strong and are designed to hold large quantities of CHILLED, FRESH MEAT with ease. 

· Overnight delivery within 24 hours - Our boxes are designed to stay cool for 72 hours, we aim to deliver your meat in 24.

· Recyclable & reusable - All our packaging has been designed to be reused or recycled. Our sorba freeze strips can be re-used as injury ice packs if needed.

Delivery Address

Although our usual delivery service is to the UK mainland, please do send us a request if you are interested in a delivery further afield and we'll see what we can do.

We don't deliver on Friday, Saturdays or Sunday (unless special delivery is required). When you place your order we’ll ask you for your credit card, paypal or debit card account details along with the address if applicatble.  You can also choice a preferred delivery address which can be different each time if that fits in with your lifestyle.

If you are ordering under a club affiliation then the same applies or please leave this blank for delivery to your training facility/regular delivery address.

When You Are Out

When you place your order please put into the 'comments' box what you’d like us to do if you’re not in when your delivery arrives.

Whether you’d like us to leave it with a neighbour, on the doorstep or even leave it in the shed, that’s fine, we’ll follow your instructions! If nothing is added to the comments box we will automatically tell the courier to leave it in a safe place and to post a card through the door to let you know where it is.

Although our packaging keeps the produce cold for 72 hours, we like you to have it nice and fresh!
